1.1 General Management is responsible for the following operations:

       1.1.1 Document work and related document work This shall be in accordance with the Regulations of the Office of the Prime Minister on Correspondence.

       1.1.2 Work on plans and budgets Procurement and supplies

       1.1.3 Prepare a project plan Manage and implement projects/activities based on the Rate Plus Framework and other climate change frameworks supported by the annual budget of the Royal Thai Government. and other sources of budget or funds.

       1.1.4 Follow up on performance performance reporting results of annual expenditure of budget money, including budget sources or other funds, and other activities related to plans and budgets.

      1.1.5 Responsible for work operations as well as nominating names of committees involved in climate change, appointment orders for the performance of government agencies and relevant regulations.

      1.1.6 Perform other tasks as assigned.

1.2 Knowledge and Academic Development Department is responsible for the following operations:

      1.2.1 Develop and implement a climate change framework under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, its protocols and other relevant agreements on National and international levels to achieve the goals of the relevant conventions or agreements.

      1.2.2 Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the performance of relevant climate change mechanisms and frameworks operating in conservation areas or other related forest areas

      1.2.3 Proceed to provide technical advice and advice on the implementation of the framework on REDD Plus and climate change in the forest sector.

      1.2.4 Continue to strengthen Knowledge and capacity building on the implementation of projects such as the REDD Plus mechanism and other forestry climate change frameworks to relevant authorities and sectors.

1.3 Redd Plus Information Systems Management Department is responsible for the following operations:

      1.3.1 Develop and prepare information and knowledge related to climate change in the forest sector, for example, GHG inventory in the forest sector. Assessment of carbon dioxide sequestration in forest areas, establishing forest reference baselines and coordinating reports to relevant agencies.

      1.3.2 Develop a system for measuring, monitoring, reporting and reviewing. Examine the sequestration of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases in the forest sector.

      1.3.3 Providing information and knowledge on climate change through various channels

      1.3.4 Perform other tasks as assigned.

  4. To be an agency to listen to opinions, suggestions, and to provide information and coordinate information to various sectors at the regional level.
  5. to develop a climate change action plan for the forest sector Greenhouse gas emission reduction and adaptation at the sector level
