February 26 – 28, 2020 Forest Department Climate Change Office Foreign Affairs Division Organized a workshop on "Empowering Knowledge and Understanding, Lessons Learned, and Making a Plan for Response to REDD Plus Mechanism and Climate Change in the Forest Sector" Class 4 under the REDD Mechanism Readiness Programme. Plus (Readiness Proposal Preparation: R-PP), funded by the Forest Carbon Partnership Fund (FCPF), in charge of the World Bank, at Khao Pu-Khao Ya National Park, Phatthalung Province.

to increase knowledge and understanding in the READD PLUS mechanism and climate change in the forest sector including related policies and laws to all sectors
To exchange and summarize the lessons learned in the operation of the REDD Plus Driving and Learning Center in the past.
To formulate guidelines and action plans to effectively and efficiently deal with the REDD Plus mechanism and climate change in the forest sector.
target group
80 people consisting of
civil servants, permanent employees, government employees and project staff to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the forest sector through incentives and participatory processes, Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation.
